Measuring 723⁄8 inches long, the Duke E305SW Aerohot™ steam table has five 12-inch by 20-inch sealed hot food wells, and because the wells are sealed, they can be used without spillage pans. Unlike wells with open elements in the bottom, these wells are convenient to wipe out, and each has a drain and valve for emptying water at the end of the day. Using infinite controls, the wells operate separately so that different items can be cooked at once.

For strength and rust resistance, this Duke E305SW steam table is constructed of 430 series stainless steel, so food and water should be wiped off the surface to reduce the risk of corrosion. A full-length poly cutting board stretches across the front for food preparation, and it is reinforced by a support shelf to prevent breaking or snapping off. To increase storage space, an undershelf holds small equipment and supplies above the floor.
