We sell refurbished and used commercial restaurant equipment of all kinds. And specialize in used meat processing equipment, such as meat grinders, deli slicers, meat saws, and bakery equipment such as dough mixers, dough dividers, and bread slicers.

We sell parts for commercial food service equipment, having thousands of parts in stock, including hard to find parts for dough mixers, deli slicers, meat grinders, and other commercial meat processing equipment.

City Food Equipment provides service and repair of commercial cooking equipment, dough mixers, meat grinders, meat slicers, and meat saws. Servicing all equipment brands, our service group works throughout the Chicagoland area providing service to independent restaurants, grocery stores, and chains. We also have a repair center for commercial food service equipment that offers local and national equipment repairs, including warranty equipment repairs for Warning Commercial, Robot Coupe, and other food service equipment manufacturers.

Who We Are

City Food Equipment started in Chicago in 1985 as a family owned and operated business refurbishing restaurant equipment. The tradition continues with the 2nd generation of family members overseeing the operations and growing the business to multiple store locations, an online eCommerce store, and into one of the nation’s largest dealers of refurbished used equipment specializing in meat processing, deli, and bakery equipment.

We have a sales consultant team with more than 150 years combined experience in the restaurant and foodservice industries. They can provide expert advice for restaurant equipment purchases to help improve efficiencies for foodservice operations.
