An integrated thermostat and gas control valve allow for a fully customized cooking experience. The thermostat is concealed behind the fryer's cabinet door to protect it from damage and it has a temperature range of 200-375 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit also has a 100% gas shut off valve and a hi-limit switch that turns off the gas if the fryer reaches 435 degrees Fahrenheit.
