With its anodized aluminum extrusion and double-layered door, the BevLes HPIDS-6834 full-size heated proofing cabinet provides durability to withstand heavy-duty use, and for mobility, this unit is positioned on 5-inch casters. Two of the casters have brakes to keep the unit stabilized, and the corner bumpers protect the exterior from collision damage when moved. This unit holds (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans, and the stored products are warmed evenly using forced-air technology and an air baffle.

The BevLes HPIDS-6834 heated proofing cabinet?s holding temperature and humidity levels are managed with the bottom-mounted dial controls. The temperature is displayed on an LED thermometer, while the removable control drawer supports a simple cleanup. This cabinet features two separate modes for heating and proofing. The heating mode maintains temperatures as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit, while the proofing mode provides temperature up to 115 degrees Fahrenheit with humidity levels between 30 and 95 percent.
