The fully insulated BevLes HPIS-6836 heated proofer and holding cabinet provides efficient temperature retention for proofing or holding operations. Constructed with durable aluminum, this full-height, mobile unit features a solid aluminum hinged door that preserves heat and shields stored contents effectively. The fixed wire pan supports, spaced 1? inches apart, can accommodate up to 36 full-size sheet pans, making it suitable for high-capacity needs.
Designed for even heat distribution, the BevLes HPIS-6836 utilizes an air baffle system and forced air circulation. Its easy-to-read LED thermometer simplifies temperature monitoring, while corner bumpers protect the unit from impact during transport. For easy maneuverability, it includes four 5-inch swivel casters, two with brakes.
