Used Doyon E236R Full Height Two Section Glass Door Roll-In Proofer

The Doyon E236R roll-in proofer holds two single racks. Bright lights illuminate the product for visibility through the transparent doors.

Water automatically enters the unit so a drain is not required. 

Humidity stays at 95 percent and the temperature range is from 90 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Both heat and humidity are evenly distributed by the heating system.

The electronic display includes a countdown timer and the controls for the temperature and humidity. This proofing cabinet is constructed of stainless steel to resist corrosion.
