Used Southbend P32A-XX 32" 4 Burner Gas Range w/ Convection Oven

The Southbend P32A-XX range is made of stainless steel to resist rust, dents, scratches, and more. It has a completely insulated lining and burner box to retain heat, while four Pyromax burners have removable welded steel grates on top that support cookware. Users are kept away from the hot range by the 91⁄2-inch-deep front rail, which can hold dishes to maximize plating areas. Runoff from food is collected by the drip tray, which is removable for quick disposal. A 5-inch-high riser in the back acts as a backsplash to keep food debris away from the walls.

The base of the Southbend P32A-XX range has a convection oven that quickly cooks food, and the Insta-On thermostat has a temperatures that range from 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. A two-speed fan disperses heat evenly inside the cabinet with a porcelain interior that simplifies cleaning. Its three racks can be adjusted into five positions on the side rails. The unit generates heat with natural gas and is ignited with the standing pilot system.
