• Pan stop provides even heat distribution throughout cabinet
• Full height unit - will accommodate up to 16 full size sheet pans at 3” centers - smaller spacing could accommodate additional pan supports (sold separately).
• Integrated side handles on cabinet and magnetic latch handle on doors
• Ambient air temperature may affect heating performance
